Finding Connection in the First Year

This support group is open to any parent or caregiver of a child from birth to age one. The early months of parenting bring big changes—physically, emotionally, and mentally. Join other first-time parents to share experiences, gain perspective, and find companionship during this new stage of life. Together, we’ll talk about the joys and challenges of adjusting to life with a baby and explore ways to care for yourself while caring for your child.

Topics can include:

  • Adjusting to life with a newborn

  • Navigating sleep, feeding, and changing routines

  • Managing stress, anxiety, and expectations

  • Finding balance and self-care as a new parent

  • Building connection with your baby and partner
