617-926-5008 x 105Sarah became Executive Director at Parents Helping Parents in February 2019 after serving for several years as a board member, volunteer, and interim Executive Director. Early in her career, she was a Manager at the Pine Street Inn, providing support to women experiencing mental illness and a history of homelessness. More recently, she was an inter-faith chaplain at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Brigham and Women’s Hospital. She graduated from Creighton University with a BSW and went on to earn her Master’s in Theological Studies focusing on Social Ethics and Pastoral Care from Boston College (formerly Weston School of Theology).
Sarah has four adult children and in her spare time, she enjoys yoga, cooking with her family, and walking Lola, her family's cockapoo.

Lalita joined the Parents Helping Parents in 2006 after a successful career at United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF Nepal). She has an extensive background in program management, administration, and Salesforce while playing a major role in developing and launching new systems. She is a certified Salesforce Administrator and holds a master’s degree in Sustainable Development from the Heller School at Brandeis University in Waltham MA.
In her personal time, Lalita enjoys volunteering, swimming and playing tennis. Volunteering gives her the chance to not only work with families and parents, but to also gain hands-on experience that will help shape her professional goals.

Heather joined Parents Helping Parents in the Spring of 2022. She brings twenty years of experience working with children and families in the Greater Boston area as a Clinical Social Worker. After earning her Master's in Social Work with a Certificate in Group Work from Boston University in 2006, she has taken on leadership roles in many settings including community centers for urban youth, outpatient mental health clinics, adolescent residential treatment programs, and homeless shelters. Her expertise is in trauma-informed work with children and their families with a special emphasis on high-risk youth, single parents, and survivors of domestic violence.
Heather is a mom to three amazing children and a menagerie of animals. In her sparest of spare time, she enjoys finger painting, baking things her kids refuse to eat, and playing Minecraft.

Kimberlee joined Parents Helping Parents in 2020. Prior to joining the team, she served as a Program Manager for international high school students where she found, trained, and supported their host families. Acting as a liaison between parents overseas and the students living in the U.S., she followed students’ academic progress and worked with their teachers to keep them on track while handling all issues, concerns, problems, and emergencies 24/7. She also served as the Executive Director of an after-school program for at-risk youth where she provided academic support and important life skill trainings while managing program volunteers, planning activities and sourcing impactful guest speakers.
Kimberlee’s passion is spending time with her family; she has two adult daughters and four nieces that bring her pure joy!

Jenny Chase is a Partner in Ernst & Young’s Boston Insurance Audit practice with over 18 years of experience as a CPA. As PHP’s finance committee member, she leverages her expertise to strengthen the organization’s financial sustainability. A mother of two active children, Jenny is deeply connected to PHP’s mission and values the opportunity to give back to families in need. Her work on the board aims to enhance engagement and impact within the community.

Jennifer Catlin Davis, JD, is an experienced attorney and investigator specializing in workplace investigations. As a longtime supporter of PHP, she has served on the Parent Stress Line and as a board member for over 14 years. Jennifer brings expertise in personnel and legal matters, supporting PHP's mission to empower families. A mother and stepmother, Jennifer values her connection to PHP and hopes to bring compassion and insight to her role. When not working or volunteering, she enjoys walking, dancing, and creative writing.

Emily Devonick, a Special Education ESP at Dedham Public Schools, specializes in supporting students with significant needs. She is also a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), bringing her expertise in education and advocacy to the PHP Board. A former PHP community group member and parent, Emily now focuses on governance and advocacy to strengthen PHP’s mission. Emily hopes her work will make PHP an even stronger resource for families. Outside of PHP, Emily enjoys spending time with her two children and cherishes her educator and parent advocate role.

Bela Labovitch is a Vice President of Engineering at athenahealth. She has been a member of the PHP board for eight years and a former Parent Stress Line counselor for twelve. Bela serves on the HR committee and has played a key role in leadership transitions. She holds a Master’s in Computer Science and is passionate about supporting families through PHP’s mission. Bela is also a mother of two and an advocate for supporting women in their careers, particularly women in technology.

Allie Lockberg Marques is a Deals Director at PwC, specializing in corporate finance and strategy. As a board member, she focuses on fundraising and advancing PHP’s mission to support parents. Allie brings extensive experience in financial management and a deep commitment to making a difference in families' lives. A mother of three young daughters, Allie is inspired by PHP’s work and hopes to help the organization expand its reach.

Joseph MacDonald is a Senior Investment Associate at Grinnell College, where he helps steward the College’s $2.6 billion endowment. With expertise in financial management and nonprofit investment strategy, Joseph serves as PHP’s Treasurer and a member of the Finance Committee. Since joining the PHP Board, Joseph has played a key role in strengthening the organization’s financial health, supporting investment decisions, and ensuring long-term sustainability. Inspired by a family legacy of service with PHP, Joseph is committed to advancing its mission. He lives in Marblehead with his wife, Labrador puppy, and two cats.

Sky Marie Olander, Esq., is a dedicated attorney with experience advocating for children and families. She combines her educational background in public policy and law with her experience at government agencies and non-profit organizations to support the Board's operations, governance, and strategy goals. She is committed to PHP's mission and is a passionate advocate for reform in the child welfare system. This work with PHP is informed by her own historical family experiences with the foster care system in other states and the clients she supports and represents in the Massachusetts Juvenile Courts.

Alejandra Wilches O’Connor is a Senior Manager at PwC, where she leads the creation and management of technology solutions. With her accounting background and CPA credentials, she plays a key role in PHP’s fundraising and strategic planning initiatives. Alejandra is a Colombian-American mother of two young children who is personally connected to PHP’s mission. Her work focuses on ensuring PHP’s financial stability while helping families access critical resources.
