At Parents Helping Parents (PHP), we are constantly striving to provide the best possible support to parents navigating the challenges of raising children. That’s why we are thrilled to announce the implementation of new software for our Parent Stress Line (PSL) that will significantly improve our service.
More Efficiency & Reliability
Our new software will enhance the efficiency and reliability of the Parent Stress Line in several key ways:
Increased Call Capacity: We can now handle multiple calls simultaneously, reducing wait times and ensuring that more parents receive the support they need, when they need it.
Text Message Callbacks: If we are unable to take a call immediately the system will ask if you would like a call back, and then once a PSL counselor is able they will return the call. This ensures that no parent or caregiver is left waiting without knowing when they’ll receive help.
Reduced Dropped Calls: The new system is designed to minimize dropped calls, ensuring a more reliable connection between callers and PSL counselors.
Streamlined Shift Transitions Our counselors will find it simpler to start and end their shifts, allowing for smoother transitions and better overall service.
