Parents supporting parents through the challenges of raising children with mental health challenges.
This support group is open to any parent or caregiver raising a child or teen experiencing anxiety and depression. Moms, dads, and caregivers come together to share experiences, strategies, and encouragement in a compassionate and judgment-free space. No topic is off limits.
Topics can include:
Recognizing and managing symptoms of anxiety and depression in children and teens
Strategies for supporting emotional regulation and coping skills
Balancing school, extracurriculars, and mental health needs
Creating a safe, supportive home environment
Building connections with educators, therapists, and mental health professionals
This group is a space to find understanding, resources, and hope as you navigate the complexities of raising a child with anxiety and depression.

We create a safe non-judgmental space for parents to express themselves. Every week, parents and caregivers join our Zoom call to provide each other support and encouragement. You’ll receive the Zoom meeting link once you register.

Trained volunteers will facilitate this group. Parents can join at any time and are welcome to attend as many groups as they want. Usually there are between 6 and 16 parents in a group meeting.

Our groups are free, confidential, and open to any caregiver. Our goal is to create a safe space where group members share experiences about parenting, learn to cope with things they cannot change and figure out how to change the things they can.
