High Conflict Divorce
This support group is open to any parent navigating the challenges of co-parenting during or after a high-conflict divorce. Moms, dads, and caregivers come together to share experiences, strategies, and support in a compassionate and understanding environment. No topic is off limits.
Topics can include:
Communicating effectively with a co-parent in high-conflict situations
Managing the emotional impact of divorce on children and teens
Creating consistent routines and boundaries across households
Navigating custody and visitation challenges
Supporting children’s emotional well-being during and after divorce
This group provides a safe space to connect with others who understand the unique struggles of co-parenting in a high-conflict situation, offering resources and hope for moving forward.

We create a safe non-judgmental space for parents to express themselves. Every week, parents and caregivers join our Zoom call to provide each other support and encouragement. You’ll receive the Zoom meeting link once you register.

Trained volunteers will facilitate this group. Parents can join at any time and are welcome to attend as many groups as they want. Usually there are between 6 and 16 parents in a group meeting.

Our groups are free, confidential, and open to any caregiver. Our goal is to create a safe space where group members share experiences about parenting, learn to cope with things they cannot change and figure out how to change the things they can.
