Parents Helping Parents Selected for Stop & Shop Community Bag Program
We are thrilled to announce that Parents Helping Parents has been chosen by the Stop & Shop in Watertown, MA, to benefit from their Community Bag Program for the entire month of June. This fantastic initiative makes it easy for shoppers to support their local community while also contributing to a great cause.
Throughout June, every time a $2.50 reusable Community Bag is purchased at the Stop & Shop located at 171 Watertown Street in Watertown, $1 will be donated directly to Parents Helping Parents. This is a wonderful opportunity for us to raise funds and increase awareness for our organization.
Our goal is to sell 200 bags, which would result in a donation of $200 to support our programs and initiatives.
We believe that good parenting is the fundamental right of every child, and the greatest legacy we can give them. At Parents Helping Parents, our prevention philosophy is grounded in a self-help model, empowering parents to develop their own solutions with the space, encouragement, and community resources they need. With the support of our dedicated community, we are confident we can achieve this goal and continue to create safe spaces for parents, encourage positive peer relationships, and amplify the power of the parent voice to effect change in our communities.
