Announcing Four New Parent Support Groups Starting This January
At Parents Helping Parents (PHP), we know how challenging parenting can be, especially when navigating complex family dynamics, mental health struggles, or unique caregiving roles. That’s why we’re committed to providing free, confidential, and supportive spaces where parents and caregivers can connect, share, and grow together.
Parent and caregiver support groups have long been a cornerstone of PHP’s mission to reduce social isolation, improve emotional resilience, and empower parents to nurture their families. These groups provide a judgment-free environment to share experiences, seek advice, and build a network of support. As one parent shared, “This is the first place where I felt heard without judgment.”
Beginning the week of January 20th, we’re excited to expand our offerings with four new virtual support groups tailored to meet the diverse needs of parents and caregivers.

Why Join a Parent Support Group?
Parents who join PHP’s support groups consistently report feeling more confident, less isolated, and better equipped to handle their unique family situations. Our mutual aid model emphasizes the power of shared experiences, allowing parents to find encouragement and reassurance while learning from one another.
All groups are led by trained facilitators, and participation is confidential. Whether you’re seeking advice, a listening ear, or simply a reminder that you’re not alone, these groups are here for you.
